How to book a group study room

Have you ever wanted to book a study room but did not know how? Not to worry, we will walk you through the steps!

Photo courtesy of Paul Downey (CC)Group study rooms are available in the Library at all OC campuses except Salmon Arm. On the Kelowna campus student meeting room bookings are available online. To book a Kelowna study room, visit myOkanagan, then choose the Student Tab. Most study rooms include a large table, a white board, and a TV monitor. Room numbers, capacities, and equipment included in each room can be found here.

Guidelines for booking a study room:

  • Only students may book rooms
  • There is a maximum of 2 hours per booking
  • Rooms can be booked up to one week in advance
  • After 15 minutes a room can be re-booked (in other words, don’t be late!)
  • Rooms cannot be “kept” or “held” by leaving belongings in the room
