YOU can now reset your myOkanagan password

IT Services has implemented an automated password reset system for employees and students, effective Monday, June 3. The service allows you to reset your password on your myOkanagan and Network accounts via email.

The first time users log in to myOkanagan after June 3, they will be asked to provide an alternate email address. Thereafter, passwords can be reset by going to the “Forgot your Password” on the login page of myOkanagan. Enter the nine-digit Okanagan College number, and a new password link will be sent to the alternate email address you have provided.

If you do not wish to provide an alternate email, please call the Help Desk at local 4444. Please direct all questions to IT services.
